Daniel and Victoria Culley responded immediately to our call and were there the next day. (We already had a plumber in to stop the leak) They and their team worked quickly and long hours to stop the damage and get it dried out. Daniel was very good at explaining the process and Victoria was always super responsive to any question I had. They came by to check on the drying out process and gave us status reports each time, confirming when they arrived and left and that the house was locked back up. They handled all the details (Such as ordering a storage unit for our furniture that they moved out) with the insurance company and really helped keep the stress level down with a positive, communicative attitude. They and their team work hard for you. I would recommend them to my friends and family

I want to thank Benjamin and Daniel for the prompt response regarding our water damage. They were both very informative about the process and dealing with our homeowners insurance claim. Daniel with Drytime was very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He would always call ahead before checking readings on his equipment. Definitely use him again if needed.

My insurance company called Daniel at Drytime directly and informed them that I was leaving work to meet the plumber and needed a consultation ASAP. Daniel met me at the house within 1 hour. He was knowledgeable and had all the tools to measure the amount of water damage I was dealing with. He was a great communicator and told me exactly what needed to be done and his plan to accomplish the water restoration process, He delivered and installed dryers and humidifiers right away. he also took care to put plastic runners over my carpet as to protect from workers coming into my home. It took about 8 days to completely dry out and Daniel communicated with me every step of the way, checking in and measuring every few days. I highly recommend Drytime. The whole experience was very smooth and no pressure whatsoever. It's hard to come by and honest business who generally wants to help people. Dry time is one of those businesses that puts their customers first.

We had a big leak in our kitchen, and DryTime was excellent at working with us and our insurance company to get the job done quickly and right. They were responsive and professional from start to finish. When it comes to repairs, I'm usually afraid of bringing in a team that promises a lot and delivers poorly - this was NOT the case with DryTime. They were great!!

Daniel and team were available very quickly and they came out to diagnose the issue and figure out how much damage was present. Once they found the leak they mitigated initial damage to the wall and structure and then immediately set up a sealed-off containment enclosure around the damaged wall and started up fans, dehumidifier and an air scrubber to get things dry. Daniel explained things in great detail to us which was very reassuring. He handled things so well and made things super smooth for us. We will be calling him again if we ever have an incident needing his company's expertise!

Daniel came out the day we called to give us a quote and began almost immediately after we gave the go ahead. While his quote was a bit higher than the other quote we got, he was much more thorough and accurate in his quote. He kept apologizing for the delay in starting the drying process which was only 1 day after he began the work. I didn't consider that much of a delay considering he began work the day after we told him we wanted him to do the job. Another company didn't even call us back to schedule a quote for 5 days. He handled everything with our insurance adjuster which was a huge relief! The drying took quite a bit longer than expected, but to no fault of Daniel. He checked it regularly and did everything he could to expedite the process. Daniel and Victoria were nothing but respectful of us and our home. They always protected our other flooring and left things neat and clean. While they often didn't make it to our house at the original time they were scheduled to be there, they were always in contact with us to let us know what was going on. Communication is extremely important and they did a great job in keeping us informed. Thank you Daniel and Victoria for making a horrible situation less stressful!

Daniel ROCKS! I feel like I've had a master class in water damage mitigation! He fully explained the process from start to finish. He was patient with my questions and answered each one. Now I understand exactly the process, how long it takes, insurance issues, getting the rebuild....everything from start to finish. The kicker in Daniel taking a lot of phone time to give me this master class????? He works in Washington State! He told me from the very beginning that he can't do the job because he doesn't have his paperwork yet to work in Oregon. Instead of telling me he couldn't do the job and goodbye, he took the time to teach me so that I could be knowledgeable in hiring someone else to do the job. That is rare based on my experience. Thank you, Daniel! Now I feel like I can help my elderly parents and protect their interests.

Asher came immediately. They documented the problem. They spoke directly to my insurance adjuster. They communicated so well. I always knew what they were doing, why, how long it would take and when they would be at the house. They never disappointed me. Not once!

Asher Mitigation is a stellar company to deal with. Daniel took care of all aspects of the dry out and clean up of all areas of my home damage by water leaking from damaged parts, including working exclusively with my insurance adjuster. Asher Mitigation was recommended by our insurance agent when I called to report water damage from a leaking water line in the our kitchen. I called Daniel, the owner of Asher Mitigation, and he was at our house the next day doing a thorough investigation to determine the extent of our water damage. He came back the next day and took out our kitchen cabinets, removed all of the water damaged wood flooring, and set up his heavy duty drying equipment to begin the dry out process. He carefully stored our cabinets out of the way and ready for the restoration contractor to reinstall later. Daniel was extremely thorough with his communication during the "dry out" process. He explained how the machines worked and was right on the money when he told me how long they would need to be in our house (keeping it a toasty 90 degrees!) to effectively dry out the subfloor and our crawl space under the house. He made sure to show me all the readings on his high tech moisture meter each day, so I was comfortable that everything was dried out appropriately. He also pointed out some things for me to point out to the restoration contractor, to make sure they were fixed. I was also thankful that he took on the responsibility of staying in constant communication with our insurance adjuster, making that something I didn't have to worry about. Daniel was done with his work in one week and our house was ready for the restoration contractor. The contractors even took the time later to let me know how nicely the cabinets were removed with zero damage and how well everything was organized to make the reinstallation smoother, which apparently is not the norm with some other water mitigation companies. Asher Mitigation is a relatively new company, but Daniel is very well trained, licensed and certified, and has plenty of experience in this field, as well as experience in the restoration contractor field. He's clearly been around this business for a long time for such a young guy and I felt like I was dealing with a 30 year veteran of the industry. I highly recommend Daniel Culley and Asher Mitigation.
