Diamond Shine did an exceptional job of taking our house from ‘dusty and dingy’ to ‘bright and clean’ in one Deep Clean appointment. I would highly recommend them! In addition to the obvious standard cleaning like floors, counters, etc, they paid attention to smaller details, too. (Some things that were always dull before in the years we’ve lived in this house were shiny after they left. :) Liliana -the owner- was professional and easy to work with in getting a quote and setting up the appointment. Team was hard-working and got started right upon arrival- they did a great job!! Our house is now nice and tidy and clean and it feels great.

The provider did not show up for the job She did not call to let me know Originally she returned my phone call and came to my house for an estimate. She gave me a reasonable estimate and we set an appointment for the next week. She never showed up for the appointment or contacted me.

Liliana was very prompt and responsive in setting up an appointment. The house was very clean and she had great attention to detail--the baseboards especially looked great! The cost was very reasonable, especially for the amount of work done. However, she did leave the windows unlocked and the house key very close to the door (not as agreed), leaving us at risk for a safety issue.

Could not ask for a better or more flexible cleaner. We love that she is tech and business savvy as well - and understood our needs from an Air BnB perspective as well. Needless to say we received 5 star reviews from all our guests that stayed while we were on vacation so we know that everything turned out great. While the work was pretty good, they were often late (sometimes without warning). They would ask to come later in the day, which turned into the next day. The broke some glass in pictures, which was accidental, and asked to replace the glass. Over a month later, no replacement glass. I'm currently sitting at my table and they are two hours late, with no text or call. The disorganization extended to the financial aspect as well. They didn't recall the price we agreed on, and tried to ask for more. I'm fine negotiating the rates, but it should be mutually agreed upon. The seemed like nice people, but need to give people a clearer idea of what to expect and when to expect it.

Liliana was terrific. She responded within 1 hour of my initial inquiry, and consistently communicated promptly by text and email thereafter. She came by for a free estimate. She showed flexibility in her scheduling and in her desire to accommodate my tight calendar. She and her helper arrived promptly -- actually, early! -- on the ageed-upon day and got right to work. She did everything she said she would and more. I was impressed by how thorough, exacting, and respectful she was. My oven in particular looks beautiful, and my windows sparkle. I felt comfortable after meeting Liliana just once to give her a key to my home. I highly recommend Diamond Shine.
