Jay Lee and his partner showed up on time and very professional. They walked through the whole outside house to evaluate the condition of the windows. They gave us honest and up front advice. We’ll definitely hire them to work on my house.

I wanted to add to my review of Reve Exteriors, that ever since they put the new roof on my house, there is now an opening somewhere up there in which different creatures are now getting in and running around in my attic, chewing on my beams, and causing me no end of annoyance. I have had to get my husband, and the pest guy up there to find the opening, which they can't locate, and have had to set all kinds of traps because different creatures keep getting in. I never had any problems with anything in my attic with my old roof. Because the Customer Service Representative for this company was so horribly abusive to me in my front yard, causing me to be severely traumatized, and doing this all in front of one of the workers, there is no way I would ever consider contacting Reve Exteriors to fix this truly upsetting problem.

Jay Lee was respectful, listened to my request and discussed options without pressure to buy more expensive stuff. worked with me to find something that I was able to feel good about and comfortable

I was unable to fund project. Both Ryan and David were very professional and offered a quality product.

Jon Mathes was the representative who came to our home. He was punctual, professional in his appearance and his presentation. He explained every detail of the process, clearly without making us feel like idiots. He very clearly explained the materials, price levels and financing opportunities. When he inspected our existing roof, he explained what he was doing,what he was looking for as well as what he found. He left us with a written quote, he followed up after a couple of days with absolutely no pressure.

I can't recommend REVE EXTERIORS LLC. There are several reasons why. One reason is Steve White the sales representative he said we needed to give them a good report on Home Advisor and he would give us a discount and we needed him to write a check and he wouldn't cash it until they completed the work. They cashed it right away. We had a week set aside for them to start the work and agreed upon it. Because we had to get things done before they could get started on our roof. About 3 weeks before the start they delivered the materials and dumpster I never got the message. 2 weeks before the start date one installer called said he was going to start a 1 1/2 early and the dumpster was in the wrong spot. I tried to explain to him that we weren't ready and that the dumpster people put it there because of wires. After about 10 minutes of trying to talk to him I hung up and called his boss Alex. He told me he would call me later that day to tell me when they would start he never did. So I called Steve about my concerns he tried to brush me off told me not to worry. I waited 2 days then I started calling Alex they kept telling me they were in meetings after 2 more days he finally called back said he forgot. He said they would start on Monday of the week we agreed upon in the first place. On that Monday nobody should up after more phone tag because of meetings he told us they will start on Thursday. They finally completed the work and it looks nice. But they left unused plywood and debris on the ground the installer said someone would be by in a couple days to get them. Over 3 weeks later and 10 phone calls due to meetings they finally came and got it. I told them I was very disappointed in their Customer service.

I go by the motto "if you can't say anything good, don't say anything", so I have nothing to say.

After meeting with several contractors, we scheduled an appointment with Reve. Our Sales Rep. was Colin P. and he is the greatest! He was very detailed, knowledgeable and thorough...and PATIENT! After a day of decision making, we knew Reve Exteriors was the company we wanted to install our James Hardie Siding and Gutter's. The project will start soon and we can hardly wait!

Work has yet to be preformed but the initial consultation was very good. Jon Carter is our rep and he is very courteous and punctual. A great person to work with! He took the time to explain all aspects of the roof installation and did a thorough inspection of the house. We are confident in Reve, Jon and the quality of the materials.

I was in need for a new roof for my house. I live northeast of Battle Ground on the side of a mountain with an elevation of 1100 feet plus which is a high wind area. My old roof was beginning to fail rapidly after 16 years and I needed to do something quick! I Googled roofing for my area and was contacted by several companies all with a quick fix solution at a cost of around $18K and up. I was contacted by Colin Preuss and Jay (Hoon) Lee from REVE EXTERIORS LLC. I was totally impressed when two well dressed Professionals showed up and these two Professionals know roofing. Upon inspection I could see my old roof wasn't going to make it another year. I told them what I wanted and a flexible budget that I could afford, seeing how I am retied and don't have money to burn. They were able to come with a solution that exceeded my needs and budget and more. I didn't buy a roof I bought a roofing system with a 50 year transferable warranty and can withstand winds up to 130 mph. I was then contacted by Marv from Wall to Wall Const who was going to do the roof installation. Again a well dressed Professional showed up and went over the installation procedure. Wall to Wall Const is a licensed and certified by GAF installer. Everything went smoothly better than I expected and now I have a new roofing system that works. I must say that REVE EXTERIORS and everyone that works for and associated with them are True Professionals and would not hesitate to use them again. I met with Steve White today and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond for me. I can't wait to see my new roof!

Steve white came out last night and gave my wife and I a great deal on roofing and gutter system. Can't wait to see the results. He was very nice and gave us useful information for our project.

Just waiting for installation date.

.Steve was very knowledgeable of product and warranty. He explained about the roofing process and steps along with the gutters. He explained the finance options we could choose from. He explained about the superior products and people they use compared to other company's way of doing things. I could relate because I have seen how other company's have done roofing.

Colin and Steven came out and gave us a very thorough estimate and took the time to explain the nuances of our roofing project. Professional, friendly, and very helpful sales guys. Our project hasn't started yet, so I can't speak to the quality of work just yet. I will write an other review after our roof is completed. As for the sales process, it was a very positive experience.

John at Reve Exteriors was very professional and friendly. He answered all of our questions, and even helped us find a way to get the job done this year instead of next summer while remaining comfortably within our budget. We're very excited to get our new roof in a few weeks! Thanks John!

Very professional and sincere. I received an education on roofing.

It was lovely. A nice young man named Jon came to my home and was very respectful. He was the 3rd company i had out, and he was more knowledgable and helpful than the other two. My cats adored him and he was very patient with them. He explained the benefits of having stronger screens, and everything covered by a strong warranty since my cats broke the old screens. I can't wait to have my new windows i stalled.

I will update when the windows are in and the job is complete in the next 6-8 weeks.

It was a long discussion but exactly as I expected since I had experienced a similar presentation a few years previously but did not buy the product from the previous presenter. In the end I was satisfied with Colin's willingness to listen to my concerns and questions. He convinced me that I got the best product for the price and am glad I selected Reve Exteriors. I would recommend Reve Exteriors to others considering a roofing project.

John and Steve were very friendly and did not pressure us at all. They did not hard sell when we said we wanted to sleep on the options and do some comparisons before making a decision. Reve is certainly on the high end of the price range, but after researching other options, their warranty is unmatched and their building materials are really high quality. John and Steve set proper expectations and there were no surprises. If ever we have another house that needs a roof (because this house probably won't ever need one) we will be asking for Reve to install it.

The beginning sales pitch was originally a little pushy. After 2 hours we finally decided to invest with them. We invested over $20,000 for a new shingle roof and gutters. For our 1958 home. The original tear off and instal was awesome, they were quick and professional and the clean up was spot on. Our first hiccup came 11 months later, which is the reason for our review. We called them for a repair as there were gaps between the roof and gutters that the installers didn’t address and we were getting unwanted birds trying to make a home. Reve exteriors originally responded within a reasonable time frame and had someone come out and address the issue. The next event was when the roof and garage roof had a gap that let the birds have access all the way to our attic. We called them 4 times. We left messages with their repair scheduler and he was either in a meeting or said he would get some one on it. The last call in mid may 2017 the scheduler said he would get someone on it and call us by the end of the day. Still no response and no repair.

Amazing! John Benthin And Brian Coonc We're super helpful! They took such care and genuine interest in making sure everything I wanted was perfect. They went above and beyond, helping me with HOA paperwork, and driving out numerous times to show me color pallets and samples when I was conflicted. They felt more like family then a business transaction. Work was so quick and cleanup was pristine. ❤️

Reve representatives John Benthin and Steve White came out and inspected my roof and attic space. They were thorough and professional and took the time to answer my many questions and explain how their system works and why. They were not pushy at all, this was not a hard sell. I can't thank you guys enough, this is a huge and costly project, but I know I'm in good hands.
