We clear and repair septic tank lines and grease traps, but we do not pump them. We can coordinate septic and grease trap pumping companies for you if needed. We do not offer commercial heating and cooling services at this time.

"We're glad to hear your plumbing is back in working order! We're sorry you were frustrated by the length of time. Due to the age of your dishawasher, some parts had to be reinstalled in order to get an effective seal and appropriate hose length. That, in addition to installing two new basket strainers, a tail piece and a new P-trap all takes time to do it right. Our goal is longevity, and we would rather work a little longer to make sure everything is done correctly. That's one of the reasons we don't charge by the hour, but by the project. So the cost won't change for you, even if it takes us a little longer to complete the job. Thank you again for choosing our small business and we do appreciate your feedback!"

We use project-based pricing (also known as flat-rate pricing) to keep things simple. It includes everything the project needs to be completed, at one flat cost. We're one of very few companies that offer any plumbing help after normal business hours. After hours service is priced higher than our normal business hours. We're a company that values our employees years and qualifications in the industry. Keeping a team of highly educated plumbers available, on-call during non-business hours and on weekends is a tricky endeavor. We have to compensate them fairly and cover the costs of doing business, while also being fair to our customers. It's a fine line and we're always looking to strike a balance. We discuss all reviews, good and bad, and will continue looking for ways to stay competitive during after hours. When scheduling appointments, our customer service team uses a very strict guide to make sure all after hours policies are communicated clearly to customers prior to booking. We are upfront and transparent about how our After Hours service works, and our call-takers are instructed to clearly explain that the After Hours inspection fee is non-refundable and not part of the cost of service. Our service manager would be happy to explain the breakdown of pricing on your invoice and answer any other questions you might have.
