Cutting edge did an amazing job siding and roofing our home they are very easy and great to work with and have outstanding customer service and talk you through everything they do we would highly recommend them to anyone.

The siding and roof was nice, paint was one coat I stead of 2, and used the wrong paint on door. Also had a signed contract they added $7500 to the price when I was at work and had my 67-year-old mother in law sign it. , I was a co-signer. Charged $175 to install 1 sheet of plywood.when going rstr for plywood was $75 Original quote was 15000 for siding and 7500 for roof, ended up paying $44000 which maxed out financing they assisted with at 10 percent interest.

I struggled finding someone to replace a clear corrugated "roof"over our patio because I was told it's not a "roofing job." Many thanks to Brandon for taking the job, and making our favorite room great again. You worked well with me, answered my questions, were on time & budget, and worked well with your employees. Many thanks to Blake and Summer who did the install. You worked well together, cleaned as you worked so the space inside and out was safe. We will be using you for our other roofing needs in the future. Thank you!

We had a small job of replacing the cedar siding on one section of our house. Cutting Edge initially used the wrong siding and nails, which did not match the rest of the house. They owned up to the problem, apologized profusely, and re-sided the section with a much better product that matched the rest of the house.

WE had Cutting Edge roof our house last year and were very happy with their work. We selected them to reside, install all new windows and paint our house this year. A couple minor things were quickly and very satisfactorily taken care of when we brought it to their attention. We are completely satisfied with this company.

Joe and Sean are extremely friendly, reliable, timely and thorough. They did an excellent job.

We could not have been more pleased with the service we received. Sean did our initial assessment and bid. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of our concerns. We have a LOT of plants around our property both in the ground and in pots and all of the workers took care to protect our property. The clean up was meticulous! Recommend highly.

I had Cutting Edge replace the siding and roof on my detached garage, as well as rebuild my back patio (stamped concrete) and the patio roof. They did an excellent job on all parts of the job. Great communication, great recommendations (my house was built in 1912 so I wanted to keep it as period as possible - Brandon had suggestions on the type of siding and gutters to use that were spot on). The way they designed the roof of the patio makes it seem so spacious and bright back there. They had separate teams for the stamped concrete, roofing, gutters, and siding, and each team was knowledgeable and skilled in their trade. I am very happy with the results. They weren't the cheapest, but they also weren't the most expensive and the attention to detail and quality of work that they produced was worth every penny I paid. I am definitely hiring them again for other work in the future.

We could not be more pleased with Cutting Edge. They are prompt, communicate frequently with updates, professional, and they take extreme pride in their work. Some unexpected issues arose and they handled the new things wonderfully. They are highly skilled, committed to high quality outcomes. Prices are competitive. I have already hired them for 2 more projects.

They are very willing to work within your time frame. Their pricing was better than the other company I received a quote from. They only need a deposit and not 50% of the total job to put your job on their books.

Due to a leak, I needed some siding and my roof replaced. During the estimate I appreciated the way their materials and processes were thoroughly explained to me. They were on time, polite, completed each step as promised and I am very satisfied with their service. I highly recommend Cutting Edge Contracting.

The 3 layer roof tear-off and installing of the plywood and shingles was scheduled for mid-September but was moved up to mid- August which suited our time frame. The job took 3 days and the roof looks wonderful! The improved venting has greatly improved the airflow in our home. The products used for the underlayment to the shingles was selected for our Pacific Northwest weather. The crew who did the installing caused some damage to our siding, gutters and flashing but Cutting Edge promised to make it right and they did! A quality company to work with. They cleaned up all the trash every day were done in a short period of time

Excellent work and service, I thought. We probably could have hired a cheaper contractor but Jane and I thought Brandon, the rep who managed our Cutting Edge project--including painting the house exterior and then installing new gutters, projects to be done as soon as the summer weather permits--certainly knew his profession well and answered all questions to our satisfaction.

Cutting Edge Contracting was great to work with. I needed a complete reroofing, including all new plywood sheeting, new facia, vents and repair to some of the framing. They were finished in two days and the roof is better than when the home was first built. Thanks CEC

Cutting Edge Contracting is AWESOME! I had my Roof, Siding, Painting and Chimney done. They walked me through the repairs they found and told me what it would cost before they did the work. The Sales Reps (Brandon and Israel) came by daily to check on the quality of the work and made sure I was happy. The workmen took care not to damage my garden and cleaned up their mess before they finished each day. Their craftsmanship was excellent! They made my house look like new. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a contractor.
