I originally talked to the owner to have my roof treated for moss. He informed me that I had other problems regarding my roof that I might want to address. I was glad that he had checked my whole roof as I didn't have any idea these problems existed. His price was fair so I decided to have my problems corrected. He was very prompt at scheduling a time. His men were right on time and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time.

Edgar, the owner of the business, was a delight to work with. He was so honest and considerate. He tried to save me money through out the process, and did! The job is beautiful and professional looking. I will hire them to clean and maintain my roof next year. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Within one day of contacting Buena Vista Roofing I was contacted by Edgar to set an appointment for a assessment and estimate on our roof replacement. I found Buena Vista roofing to be fair , consistent , thorough and professional. I was impressed by his professional demeanor. The crew displayed professional courtesy, expediency and quality of work. I would like to take this time to thank Buena Vista Roofing for a excellent job.

Edgar and crew fit their schedule to mine, explained whole procedure, why we needed a new roof, showed me the problems caused by staples on 23 year old arch. 30 roof and pointed out weak spots in plywood under shingles. We also had 2 skylights replaced that were not installed correctly and were leaking. We went on vacation and when we returned, viola, new roof and skylights in the color and manufacturer we chose, a 10 year warranty, pictures of the 8 sheets of plywood replacing rotted ones, and a roof top review showing ridge vent installed and why he had to cut out another inch along ridges to better allow roof to breath. All in all I could not ask for a more personal approach. His whole family was involved including his mother cleaning the debris in the kitchen from the skylight replacement because men don't know how to clean. She was also the supervisor for cleanup of roof debris in general and my property was clean when we returned from 3 week trip. My neighbor said they worked like busy beavers for 2 days.
