Kevin was very professional, courteous, and did an great job of letting us know what the problem was.
The workers were hard working and, for the most part, very professional. We believe that the delay was a result of a miscalculation of the complexity of the job. As time went on some frustration was apparent among the workers. They were using the old duct work which caused some issues with routing connections to gas line and electrical. We had to wait for some of these issues to be resolved leaving us w/out heat during a bit of a cold spell.
As we continue to wait for someone to correct a piping issue, we are enjoying our new system but not the time we lived w/our basement and our schedules in total disarray!
They installed the system within a week, did the job in less than one day. They made sure they were not in the way and very polite. It was a rainy, soggy day, with the workers going in and out in the mud. The floors were spotless when they left, carpets were covered, I did not have to clean up.
The heat pump was all that was described, warm, quiet, easy to use. Area Heating came back after installation and went over the remote control with me, showed me how to do maintainance, and answered all my questions. I'm very happy with them.
Lee called to give me a 15 minute heads up that he was on the way and arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He was very personable, yet professional in his demeanor. He went right to work and stopped only to show me any things I needed to be aware of. He shared several good pieces of information as to the best way to maintain my system. He was finished in the time alloted for the appointment.
