Came out to locate a leak in my water main. The hole ended up being <6 inches from where he marked it (and 3 feet down). After I dug out the hole to get to the problem, he came back the same Friday afternoon and made the fix in <20 minutes. All whom I had contact with throughout the process were courteous, professional, and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend this company.

They did a great job but didn't come back after the water meter was installed to complete the project, which was filling in the hole and taking down their caution tape. Outside of that, we were very impressed.

If you need work done call these guy.

Josh, Eric and their team ate top knotch. We had to relocate our water main line from one side of our property to the other about 75 feet away, we have a flag lot property and the city forced us to move the line. We had a very short window to do this in. Josh came out just 2 days after my call to him, and Eric came out to start the work 2 days later....amazing! i chose Advanced because of all their experience in my specific need. Eric and his crew were absolutely amazing. The job turned ugly when we found out our ling drive way was asphault under the gravel, not and easy straight dirt pathway. A Ditch Witch, Giant cement saw and hand shovels going to work manually on this thing for hours in the beating sun, Eric and his workers still had a smile on tbeir face and never stopped working. We are so appreciative this team came to our rescue, they deserve much more than than the quote we were given. Thank you so much Advanced! Had lots of travel time due to traffic conditions. (Holiday weekend) Handled a difficult job with expertice.

After replacing my main water feed, while handing me their completion papers, I was informed that they had 'had to cut off your water feed to front garden spigot. We'll fix that for another $100.00". Cash, off the books. Call me 'fussy', but I think I should have been warned in advance. I think that there is no question that making major changes to the existing household water outlets without consultation or warning is poor service. The work that they did do was acceptable and fairly rapid. I would not hesitate to call this company again, but I would make a precondition list that all existing service must be working _after_ they were through with the contracted work.

This company was able to get to the job quickly, and has an electrician on their team to do the electrical part of the job. This made re job faster and more efficient. They were also less expensive than competitors, because they could supply the whole team.
