ACTIVE GARAGE DOOR REPAIR

Mike Dye put in my garage opener a year ago and that went fine. Then I needed weather stripping put on the bottom of the door and paid him $60.00 to do it. He said he didn't have the seal on him and would be back with it. He never came back and now he wont answer his phone. His receipt says: Dales Garage Door Repair his card says Active Garage Door

They performed our service and then something went wrong with the repair pretty soon after. We tried to call them multiple times and never heard back. We ended up having to have someone else come fix it.

This company also goes under Cascade Door & Opener. Michael replaced the broken spring for free on a warranty and charged me $102 to replace the one that was not broken, explaining that it would probably have the same fate and that its best to fix both at same time. He did come out on a Sat and do the fix promptly. A month later (end of July) the cable on the door was binding, called him 7/26 and he said it would fall under the warranty from doing the springs and he would be out around 1pm. Today is 8/3 and I never seen or heard from him since. I called everyday and left message for him to please call for a week. Finally called another company on 8/2 to fix problem since the cable had come off preventing the closing of the door, fix cost me over $235 with the other company.
