Superb service. I had water entering my basement through the foundation and running in behind my electrical panels. It was baffling as the water was about 3 feet above ground level. My house is built into the side of a hill, but the back side of where the wall in question was is level ground. I had contacted a basement water specialist who told me he thought I had an external problem and referred me to Leonard. I called Leonard who agreed to show up the next morning. He did, and within 15 minutes of trouble-shooting he located the problem. Turns out that the recent heavy rains had allowed water to enter the utility conduit for one of the local phone/cable providers somewhere before that conduit enters my house. Because I'm below street level the static head of the water in the conduit was allowing the water to get pushed up the 3 foot vertical height to enter the house and then flow horizontally until it spilled out behind my electrical panel. Leonard opened the access plate to the conduit entry point and the water then could spill out on the exterior rather than flow in.
He came back a few days later to assess any potential damage for repair efforts. I had noticed the problem early enough and Leonard had stopped the flooding so quickly that once things dried out there really wasn't any damage. I asked him what I could pay him for his time and he said, "When somebody else needs a  GC or a handyman tell them about me.". What a class act. I'll definitely use Leonard in the future.
