He charged what he proposed. He did quality work. He came when he said he would. He finished a day late but that was close enough for me. He used quality materials. He was pleasant to deal with. He was honest with me and professional. I would use him again in future.

Hilario pressure washed the whole house and shed.  Puttied everything that needed to be puttied.  Very meticulous.  He took several days for preparation.  He also saw things that needed to be repaired and suggested things to us as he didn't want to paint over things that would ruin that paint job.  Consequently, we got things repaired that we wished we would have done years ago.  He spray painted and rolled the house and shed.  He painted our gutters.  He is very clean in his work.  It's fun to see how much care he takes in each stroke.  I wanted to pay him more because he took such pride in our home.  He worked long hours each day.  He showed up at the crack of dawn and left at dusk.  He was amazing.  Someday's he would have his son come and work with him.  He was amazing.  We will use him over and over again.  He was recommended to us by one of my husband's co-workers.  Highly, highly recommended and very fairly  priced!!!!
