It went fairly well. Repatching walls was a little sloppy and left messy. They couldn't get the hot water tank to work afterwards and didn't seem to know why. Had to have someone else come out and flush it out. I had to leave for about a half hour. Two days later discovered a window screen removed and put in a closet and the window left unlocked. No one should have touched that. Called the company to report but they didn't seem to care. If you have people working in your house be sure to check all your windows afterwards. Not sure what happened but sure seems strange.

old pipes cut out and rusty water allowed to drain on anything below, did not use a bucket to catch it. Left the water there, did not clean up even appliances it fell on. When digging mainline out, did not use tarps to keep dirt off plants, bark. getting soil back in trench caused plant damage and unsightly soil on top of bark. When putting new pex connections to the washer, did not use a faucet housing or box, took a 15 inch piece of 1x4, screwed it to the paneling and attached the two faucets to it. But hey, they were fast :-(((

We made an appointment for an estimator to look at our home. He was very professional and again confident and knowledgeable about the job. He gave us a quote at that meeting and we scheduled a day for the work to begin. The plumbers showed up on time and began work. Like the estimator the plumbers were enthusiastic, professional and diligently worked on the project. Two days later they were finished and informed me the sheet rocker would be at my house the next morning, which he was. He completed his job the next day. I was very satisfied with the job from beginning to end. Everyone was professional, knowledgable, and friendly. If you are thinking of repiping your home, give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

The repiping went amazingly well. Nick and his team were in and out of the house in 3 hours. I was shocked by how quick they were!

The team from Repipe Specialists of Washington arrived when scheduled and got right to work. Care was taken to cover the floor with drop cloths to keep the floors in good shape while the skilled workers expertly completed their tasks. Everyone knew just what to do. In what seemed to be no time, the old pipes were removed (except for those in inaccessible locations), and new PEX pipe was installed. The team was also very responsive to our needs. We asked for an additional service (two new control vales for our shower and tub), and they expertly handled the installation at a very reasonable cost. The team also did a fantastic job of repairing the wallboard that had to be opened in several areas. All I had to do after the job was complete was a bit of sanding and painting. All in all, the team finished our home's repipe in less than 5 hours. Now we have nice fresh water and plenty of water pressure.

It went very well. From the sales appointment to the plumbers to the drywallers, the entire process was streamlined and everyone we dealt with was very professional and did a great job. We also got their work inspected by the county and the inspector also commented what a good job they did.

I was quite impressed with how much work the men did, finishing their work and cleaning up in a short time. I had a minor link under the sink--probably the connection had been jolted while working as it wasn't something they put in. They came that day to check it out. They were very agreeable and I couldn't not have expected a better experience.

Great Company to work with.  They had repiped our mothers home a few years ago and did a fantastic job.  Fast, clean and friendly workers.  That is why I called them again for our home.  Our friends also just had their home repiped and were very pleased with the job done for them.

We called Doug the estimator to give us an estimate on our home.  He was friendly, prompt and described throughly what needed to be done.  He also had good suggestions and was not at all pushy.  He gave us a fair estimate plus honored the discount coupon we had with no questions.

The Company that repipe used was Global Plumbing.
The installers arrived promptly on the day and time scheduled.  They were all very friendly, professional and very careful with our floors and home.  They had no problem answering our questions and would tell us what they were doing as they changed our galvanized pipes to PEX pipes.  Showed us how bad our galvanized had become.  Scary to see all the corrosion and junk in the pipes.  They were very patient with all our questions.

They replaced our old 1973 galvanized pipes with PEX pipes.  We had new faucets and and valves put in the bathroom and now we can turn on water from other parts of the house when someone is taking a shower?no more hot or cold showers when water is turned on!  Three new outside faucets too.
Water pressure is so much better now!

We were very pleased with the work they did.  The team were experts in what they were doing, most of the guys had worked for Repipe/Global Plumbing for over 10 years.  Must be a good company to work for if they stayed there that long.

I have already recommended this company to anyone who needs repipe done, plus other jobs too.  I know the next time I need plumbing help, I will call Global Plumbing for plumbing jobs and of course Repipe for repipe.  A big Thank You to the whole team!

It just doesn't get any better.  From Doug the sales rep, he came out twice (a year apart-it took us a while to save up) to look over the job, answer all our questions & update the quote.  The install crew was amazing.  They called & scheduled, showed up on time, review job scope with us, did what they promised + extra's and cleaned up when they were done.  We have excellent water pressure now.

I will need to start this off by saying our project was a difficult project. Our house was built in the early seventies and the water was coming out like a coffee maker upstairs. Because the original owner of the lot our house was on subdivided the property, I would have to drive four blocks to turn off the water in case of a pipe break. Doug came in a gave a competitive bid. As stated earlier, this was a difficult problem, but Nick and his crew handled each challenge professionally. From trying to locate what should have been a sewer line that was not listed with the city/county to locating what I though was a leak in our drain pipe but was actually the caulking on the tub needed to be redone. I would highly recommend Repipe Specialist should you need repiping.

More or less OK. Crew was very efficient, but workmanship is pretty rough - about what you'd expect for a one-day repipe project. Lots of corners cut but no leaks, thankfully. Crew broke a window during the project. Doug promised to reimburse the cost of repair. It wasn't expensive, but despite several phone calls and emails and promises, no reimbursement. Professionalism is lacking. Won't use these guys on my other rentals.

First, Doug, the estimator, was very efficient, knowledgable and personable. He gave us options and recommendations for the job without being pushy. The cost of the job was very reasonable.

Doug also properly set up expectations for the job -- these were later met by their installers: Bel, Baba, Luis, Pedro, and Emilio.

The installers arrived within the specified time and got right to work. Whenever there was a question or option, they made that clear and acted according to our choice. They were even done sooner than expected. They cleaned up and left things in good shape.

I have already recommended this company to the neighbors and would not hesitate to do so again.

they did a great job cleaned up after themselves.  after they were done, a day later we noticed the water facet outside a leak when the water was on.   they came back and fixed it.  the facet had a crack in it from the manufacture.

David the salesman was great, he did an excellent job of explaining what was included, what I could expect and what I needed to do before the plumbers arrived. Overall the job was good, with 2 exceptions; The first being that the toilet tank in the our upstairs bathroom stopped filling. The second is that we are experiencing shower rise when filling the tub (leaky shower when filling the tub). I talked to David about these issues and he had the plumbers call back and schedule a time to come out and look at them. For the Toilet problem, the plumber told my wife that the assembly in the toilet was broken and we needed to buy a new one. I do suppose that the timing of it breaking could be a coincidence, but still considering the timing, I would have expected better. For the shower he recommended that we purchase a new main body valve. Even though HE AND HIS CREW had just installed that one out of the box. When I contacted the manufacturer of the tub and shower assembly, their reply was that “You must use ½ inch, solid copper (without fittings) or galvanized iron piping for the piping to the tub spout. No PVC or PEX piping, no adapters or flexible pipe” and that my plumber must have not read the instruction or improperly installed it. I made a few more complaints, no one ever got back to me until I got a survey from them I filled it out and added the same information that I am including in this review hoping that would prompt some action, but never heard from them again. Overall the plumbing and the patch crew were friendly, and respectful of my needs while they were here, and the did a decent job of keeping the house clean and cleaning up afterwards, and were quite speedy as well. The patch crew seemed extra attentive to my questions, and even offered my some advice on how to do a quick sand and re-texture the walls, etc.... If it weren’t for the issues I described above, then I would say the service was excellent.

Met with Norm, went great. He is gruff in the best kind of way. Very no 'BS' kind of guy, which I appreciated. Definitely not the kind of guy to over-promise. Had our repipe completed by a sub in a little over 1 day (came back a second day to insulate the pipes). Met with them, they were professional and very nice. Had to place a call shortly after service regarding an issue that's not worth mentioning and they are responsive and a 'fix' is in the works. I will update if this isn't resolved satisfactorily. But, between emailing, calling, meeting in person we had a great experience.

Terrific. The crew was thorough, professional and very careful in handling this large, messy job. The crew leader communicated constantly with me as issues arose, so I felt completely informed. Not only did the crew finish the job in less than a day, but they paid particular attention to cleaning up everything to the point that you would never know they were there. And they were very thorough and patient in having me verify that everything was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

The estimate process was a little convoluted as Doug and I had to play phone tags and I really had to tracked him down for clarifications on a few things.  Not a big problem, but I was told the offer I heard on the radio of the patching of the dry wall being free was actually not free but the cost would be minimal.  Not great but still fine.  On the day of the work, they did everything efficiently and put down drop clothes for the most part.  No complaint there.  I found out that they are a subcontractor who really worked for Global Plumbing and through Repipe Specialist's, they are contracted to perform the work.  Which lead me to wonder if it would have been cheaper just calling Global Plumbing to do the work directly.  They also told me that not all pipes may need replacement, just enough where the water flow will significantly improve.  Still okay.
Some things annoyed me, such as the tearing of the exterior wood facade, caulking, and sealing, which they didn't do that impressive of a job patching them as messy as I would have liked but still tolerable.  The thing that I thought was unacceptable was them wrecking my bath tub drain so it can no longer stop the draining of the water by lifting a latch.  The house has been around since the 50s and I own it for 5 years and the tub drain stop worked fine, until they finished the work.  I called Singh back to look at the drain, he seemed annoyed when he showed up and said they didn't touch the drain line of the tub.  Though that was technically true, they worked in the area and did lots of work on the tub's valve and its supply lines.  So he refused to do anything.  Tell me this makes any sort of sense, the tub drain stopping latch always worked, the day after they came it stopped working and they have nothing to do with it?  I am quite ambivalent regarding having to call them again.
