Ned Stevens Gutter Installation

I was very disappointed. They said they could not clean mt gutters because I had Gutter Guards. I knew that was not true because I have had them cleaned before. It is a job, but it can be done. They left a small bag of dried leaves at the end of my driveway, they may have come off my roof. I won t know what kind of job they did until I have a big rain. I do not think they cleaned my gutters. They were only here for I hour and I have a lot of gutters.

There was a week timetable to complete the job and they showed on the last day; however they performed very well.

My gutters were a complete mess. The gutter covers didn't perform as expected and all gutters were clogged. They came out the next day and removed the covers and cleaned the gutters. After they finished they cleaned up the mess. My gutters are functioning again and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They will be keeping my gutters clean in the future as I contracted with them to return periodically for service. I would recommend Ned Stevens to anyone who asks.

They are quite pricey and they seem to know it. They will haggle pricing with you. I like that they do not require you to be home in order to do the job.

I think they did a great job. I didn’t get the door notice that they had been out so I had to call to confirm.

They contacted us and we set up a schedule to clean the gutters. They showed up when they indicated then would and did an excellent job.

Would have rated customer service higher but was offered a discount on the estimate that did not appear on the invoice, which required a long holds and callbacks to resolve. The time between our first call and the service being performed was swift, and we had no concerns with the team members who came out to clean our gutters. Would recommend!
