They do good work at a fair price.

Stephanie stopped by for a very descriptive estimate (and a box of cookies), which felt a lot more professional than other companies that gave ballpark based on google maps and SQ FT of home. I went ahead and committed based on her spiel, however I found the warranty information she had left with me to be quite different from what she explained (or at least how I understood it). It still seemed like a decent value, so I went ahead and continued. The workers did a great job on the gutters and roof, but the skylights were missed (possibly a clerical mistake on getting them onto the work order). Stephanie says they will stop by when they are in the area next to take care of those. The main reason for docking a star is due to not being warned about the extreme smell of the treatment. It only smelled for half a day outside, but inside the house had chemical smells for ~3 days, almost to the point of making some of us sick. Fortunately it was warm enough outside to run the whole house fan during the day to help clear it out. I'm assuming the way the treatment is applied has some getting into the roofing ridge vent (or just the fumes finding their way in from there). There's no way I'll be able to have them repeat the treatment in the fall or winter during normal visits (we signed up for the yearly maintenance plan). I'll need to make sure to schedule it during the summer when we can run the whole house fan constantly until it has dissipated. Overall, not quite the "almost too good to be true" deal that the initial consultation sounded like, but still a good value for the work that was done.

The guys did a great job completing the work within the agreed upon time. They were prompt and punctual and did a good job.

Superior customer service, highly recommended! Jacob stopped by in person, on his own time, to look at our roof (as in climb up on the roof and look) and provided a written quote. The job was done quickly and as quoted. When he was done, I told him that I forgot to ask him to clean the outside of the skylights. He offered to come back the next day and do that without any extra charge (I did include extra payment for his effort). The roof and skylights look beautiful! The the two-year warranty and SM customer discounts are both nice touches.
