I was purchasing a home and wanted to get mold testing done. The house looked pristine and it was summertime with little rain. Virgil let us know that an Infrared moisture camera would not of picked up the mold due to the dry weather. Virgil did home inspections for many years and noticed things in the house that a regular home inspection wouldn t find. It was worth the price as he find an extensive amount of black mold which made us back out of the house.

Virgil has a great deal of knowledge and expertise which went a long way with my husband. The inspection report we received was detailed and very comprehensive. Customer service was great!

Virgil was very personalized and gave us a thorough report of our mold. However the mold report wasn’t written very professionally as we expected. He does provide a great deal of information on how to rid the mold and fungus and keep it maintained. A great service.
