The sales rep came out and started arguing with my wife telling her exactly what types of cars are 'best' for teenagers and how teenagers should be raised. We left without even test driving anything.

I'd just took a trip to California with my children (we drove there and back) and knew I'd needed all the bells and whistles done on my vehicle. I came in two trips to get my work done, which I didn't mind at all. But it wasn't a hassle to set up a subsequent appointment. The folks there are SUPER sweet and understanding and responsive. I've been coming here to get my oil changes and maintenance and because I've been able to build a repore with them, I'm not going anywhere else.

The service was terrible. They were not able to repair it. They said that they couldn't get the part. My wife and I went to California on a weekend and found the part. I repaired it myself. I would never use them again.
