Steve is seriously THE BEST!!! He got the job done within a few days of giving me a quote, and the whole project was done in one day. He was super knowledgeable and was the only one who came out with information about the work that had already been done on the pipe. Not only that, but the end price was about HALF of the next lowest bid - and he trenched/replaced the PVC for that price!!! Seriously, I am sharing his info with everyone I can. He is the absolute BEST.

Steve was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, responsive and honest about the work we needed done. I talked with Steve after getting some astronomical quotes from other companies. He gave us a much more reasonable quote and timeline. He worked well with the City of Tacoma as they were installing a new main and riser in the street for our new line to connect to and I think the work was much less invasive as a result. I would recommend Steve to anyone needing sewer work done!

I called Steve after another company, Harts Services, gave my elderly parents a bid of over $19,000 to replace roughly 60 feet of sewer line. Steve with SAP came out and did the entire job for $4700 which included the permit. He had the entire job completed before 1 PM and he has a machine that pulls the new line through the old one so there was minimal disturbance to the landscaping. My parents had nothing but praise for Steve and his crew. I highly recommend SAP to anyone who needs a sewer replacement.

His bill was easily half of what the other competitors charged. He does the small stuff as well as the overhauls. We had a break in our sewer main pretty close to the winter holidays - Steven called right away after putting in for a quote on Home Advisor. He came out the following day and gave a quote way less then a competitor. Several other companies were not available right away. He scoped it the next day, determined it was a break, and offered to come back the day after to excavate and repair. It was done in one day! Steven was professional and helpful - I highly recommend.

Couldn't be more pleased. Estimate was much lower than two other estimates I received. Steve is very knowledgeable and brought a great crew with him. Replaced entire sewer line and hooked up kitchen/laundry room that was draining into an old septic tank which we didn't know about until the digging started. The extra work did not increase the bid. Completed the entire job in one day which was amazing. Will definitely call them again if ever needed and highly recommend them . Your paying too much if you hire anyone else and the quality of their work can't be beat.

The BEST price of the 3 plumbers I called to install a new sewer main. They were on time and worked quickly. My existing line went under an out building and was made of old clay pipe, so an all around bad deal. Other plumbers wanted to line the pipe and really couldn't guarantee their fix would work for the quoted price. There could be more problems we just can't see yet. SAP came in and said let's just replace the whole thing, go around the building and call it good. It will be fixed. And the price quoted was thousands less than the other 2 quoted me. I was very glad they answered my call! These guys are great.

Dan was extremely knowledgeable and quick. I had called out two well known companies who gave me exorbitant bids to replace my sewer line. One of the companies charged me 2500.00 for a clean out that was done wrong. Dan found that I didn't need the sewer line replaced and found the real problem to be at the street. He gave a fair bid and had it replaced in a day once he had the proper permits. He cleaned it up the job site when he was done very nice. Very professional job and I will only trust him from now on. There was another issue with my plumbing and he came out and made it right.
