FURNACE & HEAT PUMP ANNUAL MAINT

My furnace was noticably underperforming for output of both air flow and heat. I called for a routine inspection to uncover the cause. It turned out to be a big sheet of insulating material that had become dislodged from where it was installed and was blocking air flow. I was pleased to learn that the problem was simple and was fixed on the spot. All is well now.

Pacific Air had first rate staff. Responded promptly for making an appointment while I had no heat. No one else responded that promptly. No one. Even the company I have a service agreement with in Lacey WA, which I hope to cancel very soon. Pacific Air techs came the next day. I realize that we were approaching the Christmas season.

Jeff was a pleasant and very efficient technician, and most importantly, Vaccinated!
