The project was cleaning the ducts which had not been cleaned in (estimated) a decade. There was a great deal of dust and rocks or drywall from a previous owner's remodel. The team arrived early, got straight to work and did a fabulous job. They left my house as clean as it was when they arrived and weren't at all obtrusive being here. Again, they did a great job and were complete professionals, polite, kind, respectful of the space and the animals, and respectful of my time and what I needed while they were here (I work at home). I couldn't be more pleased.

They are very respectful and did a good job. We have used their service for several years. It cost a little more to renew our contract which is hard for retired people!

The tech was nice however he was unable to fix my issue and had to recommend a different solution outside his scope of work. He still charged me the full trip fee even though he could not quote me for the work that needed to be done. I would have been fine paying half the cost for his troubles but that just didn't seem right.

That Pacific Air has been servicing my heating and cooling since 2012 and has never let me down. I recommend Pacific Air to friends and family for all their heating and cooling needs.

The crew that installed our gas furnace/aircondition were very polite, did a great job cleaning up after the installation. The company followed up with a service club card, and came out to more throughly explain how the new thermosate worked. We were very satisfied with the company.
