Repair service excellent and a little embarrassing. Service guy discovered (quickly) when I removed the fan to paint the unit, I disturbed the far end plug which eventually lost contact , fan would not run and unit stopped cooling.

Technician was prompt, honest and knowledgeable.

Mr Steve McCall the technician is an awesome guy I always prefer to work on my unit. He does a wonderful job and very detailed in what he does. I feel comfortable him working in my unit and trust his work ethics.. I ll give him a perfect 10. Technically I get this free service through my home warranty twice a year but was not satisfied with their work so I contacted Pacific Air and request for Mr Steve McCall. Well done Mr Steve! see you again in six months.

On time, very professional, well trained. Knew our system and we found out they were the company that did the servicing with the previous owners of our house. We are now signed up for regular servicing.

Tanner at Pacific Air did a great job! He just performed a yearly maintenance. he answered all the questions I had for him and was very nice.

Steve M inspected our furnace because I was paying $600/mo. He showed me how the furnace itself was not faulty and gave me several tips on how to feel warmer, eg. air humidifier. Steve suggested a heat pump but I am in my 80's, my husband died recently and I may have to move because of this horrible $600 monthly. He was kind, understanding empathetic. Mostly I felt he was sincere and knowledgeable and capable. I felt he told me the truth and could be trusted. You are blessed to have such a decent man working for you. Thank you.
