First time with this company. Rodney, our service tech was on time and efficient. Explained all our furnace issues in layman's terms and took care of scheduling our next appointment.

The guys were on time, explained what they were doing, explained what they found and repaired it. Also asked if they could check out the furnace as a whole, to see if anything else was amiss. I agreed. (had not had yearly maintenance done in some time). They did a cleaning and a maintenance check and pronounced the furnace fit for use. Masked of course. This was for a Hybrid heat pump water heater, the circuit board went bad, company went out of business so they are currently working with me to replace it as no circuit boards are available for this. They are true professionals and did there best. Now it is wOt and see about a new one.
