Workman pleasant and seemed to know his job but he didn't re-light the water heater before he left so I had no hot water and had to call the plumber in to see about it.

In addition to the annual furnace inspection and tune-up, the technician installed an "IWave air purifier." All of the work was performed as scheduled. The technician, Joe, explained the procedures and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and personable. I have used the services of Pacific Air for more than 10 years, and have always been pleased with everything they have done to keep my furnace working.

They responded very quickly when I informed them that the furnace was not working. I ended up having to replace the furnace (and added air conditioning) and although it was very expensive to replace, I got the top of the line furnace and A/C and great workmanship! There was a 3-man crew at the house all day long so I understand it was labor intensive work. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The installation job is phenomenal and they cleaned up a lot of sloppy work from the previous install. As the saying goes, 'you get what you pay for,' If you want the best, this is the company to go with!

Very thorough and arrived right when they said they would. This was my first time having the ducts cleaned at this house and they did an awesome job. Will definitely use them again. :)

Impressive on how fast they can get to you, I called and they were there within a hour which is helpful when you have no heat and itâ  s winter time. I will definitely be using them again

Pacific Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace and air conditioner last year. They were meticulous and answered all questions. They service our air conditioner in the spring and the furnace in the fall. So happy with the office employees and service people.
