Pacific Heating &Cooling in Olympia, WA installed our heat pump 6 months ago and came today for 1st check-up. Both experiences were great - on time, professional, and courteous. They thoroughly explained everything. The tech today was Covid conscious, wore a mask. He came in with his shoes covered and cleaned up the area before he left. On install they noticed and installed a needed conduit. Our electric bill has gone down on average $20 every month since we have had this new system highly recommend them!

Every experience each year has been positive no matter who comes to our home. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Getting the yearly maintenance is well worth the money and peace of mind plus you donâ t even have to remember to schedule it they will call you when itâ s time! Great company and excellent service!

Have had an on-going furnace issue that other repair places had blown off because the issue was inconsistent or they spent all their time trying to get me to buy some other heating system. Pacific came and starting trouble shooting and came up with a plan to resolve the issue. Also I called on a Saturday which was not an extra cost and they came the same day I called.
