They actually replaced my furnace and my hot water header so the install took longer then just for the furnace. The installers were great. Did not mind me asking a bunch of questions - explained everything in everyday language. They were professional and cleaned the garage up so it looks just like it did when they got here.

Great work! Tech was familiar with my aged system and was able to revive it to near perfect operation. Slightly higher than the other quotes but Pacific is my choice for further work on my forced air system.

Pacific Air repaired my furnace and solved my problem. They called within seconds from submitted request and were out there the next day. Pacific Air offered to come out that night but I felt is could wait.

The company communicated very well. They let me know when the repair person would arrive and kept me informed on their progress. The repair person was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable about the equipment. The diagnostic was performed quickly. The required repairs were explained an d the options were explained. The repair work itself was carried out very quickly. I was very satisfied with this company and the repair person that came to my house was extremely well versed in the requirements of the business.
