I used their free pickup and delivery service as my rug is too large for me to move. Delivery people are well-dressed, professional and careful in your home. Rug was properly cleaned and returned on time, with no dry-cleaning smell. I have used this company's Puyallup location for my clothing for decades and never had bad service. There is usually a great discount coupon on their website for rugs.

If you want to make the pants of an expensive suit disappear and vanish into thin air this is your cleaner. They would not give a receipt (phone number is the receipt), and after repeated returns to the store kept on telling me they're looking. Now I've got no receipt that I was there, no pants but fortunately I've still got the suit jacket. These people are really not interested in finding missing clothing, not interested in any customer service and not interested in calling me even though they have my phone number. I recommend they change their name to New ERROR.
