They did a TERRIFIC job. My 9-year-old Honda Odyssey, with about 115,000 miles, had some unpleasant noises coming from under the hood. When I took it to a dealer near my office recently for recall work, they told me it needed (very expensive) motor mounts and valves. The dealer also told me I needed a timing belt....which had done a year earlier, at another dealership. Having heard that Honda Specialists is honest and does good work, I took it there and they figured out the problem (the dealer's guesses weren't even close) and fixed it - for $250 vs. the $1500+ suggested by the dealer.
Honda Specialists will be getting all my auto repair business in the future (except for the routine maintenance/oil changes which are competently performed by our local Sears Auto Center). No more dealer service departments!!!
