It was free because they were actually replacing an earlier faucet. That was one of the nice deals. They realized the faucet wasn't working and so they replaced the existing one with no charge. I was real happy with them. I dealt with them three different times. They are my go to people for a plumbing issue because they were reliable. They came out and resolved my problem.

We started having low water pressure with the back room shower. The company was responsive and sent a tech to the house the same day. The tech was able to quickly troubleshoot and repair the cartridge and flush the shower.

I tried to find out in advance what the cost might be for the service i needed, as far as the time frame and the labor. They replaced the flapper and fill valve. They did a fine job on doing the repairs. They total amount for the work totaled $327, minus the $200 Angie's List credit, equaling $127.00. In total I paid Angie's List $119 + $127 to the plumber, totaling $246.00 (which included the dispatch fee and taxes). They arrived at my house and spent no more than 20 minutes doing the actual service. I also looked up the parts they replaced on Amazon and the parts ranged from $9-$14. I think a total of about $300.00 is outrageous pricing for plumbing, especially for 20 minutes of work and parts that cost less than $15. If this is the standard for all plumbing companies, I was not aware of that.

Provider was on time and efficient. Appointment was as expected. I had some problems that I wanted him to check out and he looked at these and provided explanations of the problems and drew up an estimate for repair that I requested. I ended up not getting the repair, preferring to ask a family member to assist.

Excellent. The service agent was nice and provided me with how our system worked. I like to know the details on the how and whys. I was charged the price I was quoted and he finished in the time frame quoted. I am very please with the work done. So pleased that we are bring them back out to do a tune up on our air conditioning system. I would highly recommend them.
