"Rescheduling a customer is not something we enjoy doing due to the inconvenience it causes. Unfortunately, it has to be done at times. On every phone call when booking an appointment, we explain to our customers our "booking process" and that since we are an emergency service company, emergency calls must take priority. We do everything we possibly can to serve every customer we have scheduled. We are very competent in our scheduling and do care for all of our customers without a doubt. After performing a plumbing inspection as part of the deal you purchased, we found you had very low water pressure throughout your home due to old galvanized piping. Per our Services Experts assessment, he provided you an estimate for a re-pipe to remedy your problem of low water pressure. We apologize this did not meet your expectations."
