Well, it didn't go very well. When I called Angie's List they said they had a free estimate of coming out -- that they came out for free. They didn't, they charged about $60 to come out. Then they gave me their appraisal for how much they wanted to fix it. It was higher than I felt I wanted to pay. So I need to have my money returned, really. The guy was nice enough and stuff, but the person on Angie's List said that when I called, those people come out and give you a free estimate. It was for so many hours. I can't remember exactly now, I'd have to look it up. That wasn't true and they said they would get hold of them and tell them that wasn't the way it was. I was not happy with Angie's List.

The technician and assistant arrived on time to replace the leaking Kitchen faucet and replaced the food disposal. Also, reconfigured the kitchen plumbing. They were professional and efficient in making the repairs.

The technician was very skilled, very courteous and a pleasant guy. They were prompt and we were very happy with the work that he did for us. However, we were a bit blown away byt the price. I think next time, we will look at other possibilities available.

I had a problem with the heat pump. I called in the afternoon and they were here within a couple of hours. I thought I might have a big problem but Jessie quickly found out it was a small problem and fixed it for just the original diagnostic charge. He also checked out my system to try to be sure it won't happen again.
Jessie also took extra time to answer a bunch of questions about my heat pump system. He was quick, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I hope to have my system run for a long time but if not, Hunt's will be my first call!
