Jakob was great and they worked their tails off. Sounded like they all got along and was having fun.

Very honest. We had our AC maintenance done by another company and they gave us a quote that was 3x more than Cummings. There was a Freon leak after the maintenance was done by the other company. Cummings caught it right away. I recommended my neighbor to them and they gave me a credit which I thought they were going to give me the cash. But found out that they will apply it to our yearly maintenance checkup. So basically free one year checkup. They are worth checking out.

These guys worked very hard through some brutal heat and trying and unforeseen circumstances to get this job done. They were courteous and respectful and got the job done. I am very happy with the results.

The quote process for a central A/C installation was very fast and straightforward, and the total cost came to $2500 less than closest competitor. There was an unfortunate delay in installation by one day due to understaffed electricians.

My service technician, Fred had outstanding customer service. He arrived on time and went right to work. After he finished he gave me a thorough explanation of everything that he did. I would definitely hire Cummings, Inc. again.

Tend to not be on time for appointments. Crew was a bit invasive and required us to be available late into the evening to complete the install on the last day. Install was supposed to be 4 hours, but required 16 hours to complete. Brought the wrong size air conditioner and had to take it back to supplier to get the correct size unit.

AC went out on the morning of a 92° day & they came that afternoon to diagnose the problem. We had to replace our entire system including our gas furnace & they were able to do it the next day. By 4pm our house was cool! Very impressed with quick response & excellent service.

There were no unhappy surprises. Everything we were told is exactly what happened. They were efficient and cleaned up after their work was completed. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a ductless system. The price was fair and the work performed, excellent!
