They installed an oriental runner on an old, 1891 staircase that had a couple of unusual angular steps at the top and bottom. The first installer had no experience with this kind of thing and gave up after puzzling over it a bit, however, a little over a week later Moda sent an experienced installer who zipped through the job in just a couple hours and did a great job. No problems. It was pretty expensive given the small size of the job, but worth having it done correctly by someone who knows what they're doing.
