Dear Future Customer: I wanted to take the time to introduce to you our company and myself as well as our services since I haven't had the chance to meet you personally. FOR MORE INFO SEE OUR WEBSITE http/www.TACOMAPAINTCONTRACTOR.COM. Our company, Brink Painting & Construction LLC has been in business since 1992 (formerly Brink & Cannell Sept. 1992 to Dec. 1998). I personally have been painting since 1986 and I graduated from University of Washington in 1988 with a BA in Economics and then ran my own company from 1988-1990. And Again since 1992. We are a member of Master Builders of Pierce County, as well as a PDCA Member (Painting & Decorators Contractors of America). We started doing Water & Fire Damage Restoration as a specialty in 1996. We are one of the few Certified Drizone Contractors for water damage restoration.

Nice job, worked around the tenant's schedule. Tardy on paperwork and estimate and finish cost ran over, but owner adjjusted billl.. Ask for a fllat fee quote and avoid labor and materials billing. Brink is very ethical.

On time, very good crew, fair price, quality workmanship. Brinks management and personnel were always available for questions concerning product and labor. They walked with us through the project as it proceeded, with help and expert advice on both materials and labor. Unquestionably one of the best painting and construction businesses in the North West today

We are very pleased w/the results.We had our house,detached garage & small barn done,they worked very hard to get it done dealing w/weather(October).Sherrie,John & crew were very profesional,clean & a pleasure to work with from first call to set-up quote to final trim & door touch-up! We also had roofs cleaned on bldgs.(lot of moss).Highly recommend.

Brink is helping us with a rodent in the wall problem. I was very pleased at the time the owner, John Brink took in considering possible ways of solving our dilemma. He suggested that he provide a chemical treatment in the wall (which was not very costly) to see if we could eliminate a bad odor caused by mice before doing any siding work. He was prompt and knowledgeable. We have already had the treatment and are waiting for the final result before determining if John will need to do more.

The Brink painters were on time, clean, and courteous. The best work I have seen. Our family friend was also impressed. On the second day, my husband grilled some chicken and ribs and invited the painter to have dinner and a soda. We have way to much paint left over. I would hire Brink again.

Workmanship, attention to detail and efficiency were all very good. Work was completed on budget and on time. Communications, however, could be improved as feedback regarding schedule and other key project issues were not always provided without customer prompting. Rarely do you get such value and quality at such a reasonable price. Would definitely refer Brink Painting & Construction to others.
