All Purpose Plumbing, LLC My first contact was the personable & efficient Edrianna at the Tacoma Branch of All Purpose Plumbing. My Techs were Brian and Daniel. Referred to me by Mercurios, this Team gets my Highest Recommendation. I'm a Senior Lady in poor health. My Water Heater died. Edrianna sent her crew out the same day & they installed my new Water Heater the very next morning, and this was during the busy Holiday Season. Apparently understanding that I'm also on a very limited budget, these compassionate, professional, and highly skilled professionals used a couple little benefits to get me the lowest available price for our area. Brian & Daniel were ever-respectful of me, my home, and my property. When the job was complete, they explained the functions of the Water Heater, ensured it was in good working order, and saw to it that my home & property were left in as near-as-possible condition as they found them. They did a good job of cleaning their working area, and cleaning up my home & property when they finished the job. Brian was even giving my carport & driveway one last cleaning on his way out. These efforts were very-much appreciated. From initial call to end of service, every member of my Tacoma All Purpose Plumbing Team was Professional, Knowledgeable, Skilled and, most of all, Respectful. Thank You, Edrianna, Brian & Daniel.

The service technician was exceptional. Explained everything and did quality work.

Plumbers were on time and brought all repair and replacement parts in their vehicle. Worked until the job was finished, cleaned and removed all debris and packing. Very good experience!

They are quick and knowledgeable. We got several quotes from other local companies and All Purpose was not only the most affordable but they were actually the only business that was an actual licensed plumber. They were able to get the work done in 2 days and actually uncovered a couple of electrical problems as well. Thank you so much for making a bad situation as enjoyable as possible.

They did there best. They were not able to unclog and it may be more of a serious problem but they did work hard. My only thing is i was still charge full payment even though they weren't able to complete the project.

All Purpose Plumbing replaced the galvanized steel pipes in my home. Gene was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was great to work with. Communication was very good, and scheduling the job with the main office was easy. I highly recommend this family-run company.

Could not or would not do one of the repairs without re plumbing the whole house. Could not afford the estimated $6,000 cost.

The response time was great...I got a call from them and they could come out the same day, although I scheduled them for the next morning instead. Very happy with the response time and service.

They installed a new water main to our house without trenches (i.e. minimal disruption to landscaping). We have high confidence in their professionalism which was apparent even during the bid visit. They were responsive, informative and adapted well to the project issues.

I had a hot water heater installed and replaced the hoses on my washing machine. The service was excellent and the staff I interacted with were really customer oriented. The price was below other estimates. I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.
