Dr. Cool arrived and changed the filter and inspected the furnace. Last thing he did a CO2 check and claimed it was present in all of the supply vents he checked and in the kitchen. Not is large quantities but still there. He immediately went into to sales mode, offering us a "special deal" on a new furnace, etc, etc. We told him no thanks and walked him to the door. What he DIDN'T do was to advise us to valve off the gas at the meter, open the windows and call PSE! He was more interested in making a sale than making us safe. I did all of those things after he left. A PSE tech arrived 20 minutes later and could find NO sign of CO2. He inspected the furnace and said it looked fine. The tech then asked if Dr. Cool tried to sell us a furnace. We told him they did. He just smiled, shook his head and wished us a good day.

The technician called to let me know he would be here shortly (on-time). He inspected my furnace and gave me some good advice on the frequency of changing my filter. An earlier company wanted to sell me a filter every three months - not necessary according to Dr. Cool. That will save me some money.

Great, work was done professionally, on time, technicians were courteous and very knowledgeable.

They installed a furnace. They arrived early (they called) and completed the work in a shorter time than the estimate given. They talked about having a carbon detector which I went out and purchased and they didn't even ask about it during installation. They also talked about looking at the air flow pipes under the house to make sure that weren't losing air due to lose pipes, etc. which they didn't. Maybe I misunderstood what the scope of the work. Overall, good installation and glad to support a local company.

The technician called ahead of time and actually arrived a few minutes early. He was very polite and professional. He checked out gas forced air furnace to make sure that it was running properly and that nothing worn out or out of alignment. He cleaned all connections and checked everything with his equipment. He was done and gone in less than a half an hour.

There was a large crack in one of the cells in the furnace, potentially a gas leakage problem. Technician red-tagged the unit, meaning it was shut off and could not be turned back on. He showed pictures of the crack. He also measured gas coming out of the floor vents, which was in an unsafe range. He was not at all pushy about having his company install a new furnace.

The response time was quite amazing. A salesman came out the same afternoon the furnace went down. He carefully explained all the options and prices without steering me to the most expensive options. Workers arrived on time and finished the job promptly with no messes left. Everyone we worked with was professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Cool.

It worked out fine. They were knowledgeable and they did the job for the price it was bargain for.

They were on time, performed a good cleaning and did not leave any mess for me to clean up. Professional demeanor and knowledge of HVAC systems. Look forward to using then again.

Didn't get service, vendor out of my service area.

I called them and they were just wonderful; a guy came over-it took a day or two. They came over and did a quick check on my furnace and what not because, you know winter is coming up and I just wanted to make sure everything was cool. I didn't want to wake up when I was failing to breath in the house or something. They did just an exemplary job; the guy was great-he cleaned it all up and whatever he was supposed to do, he did. Because, I didn't know what he was doing but you know, when you go calling other peoples houses and stuff. He assured me that everything was fine and I am real pleased with it. I would certainly use him again. I would highly recommend them. For the price, I just paid the 77$ of the big deal and so it was fine, they did not have to do anything further than that and that was great. The pricing was great, it was one of your special deals again and I have no problem with that; I mean, you can't get anyone to come in to your house for under 150 $, you know. So, this was really a good deal.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Cool. I have signed up for 3 years of service (every 6 mos) as a result. Very efficient friendly and professional.

It turned out great. He was extremely prompt, and actually came about 5 minutes early. He said be here between 11AM-1PM, and that he would call before coming, and he did just that. He was very courteous, straight to the point, did the work, and left. I was also having other work done in the house at the same time, and kept out of their way.

They were here last week, and so far so good! It seems to be working a lot better now, probably because the filters were so dirty. I would highly recommend them.

Service tech explained what he would do and approximately how long it would take Inquired of any issues I might have had with equipment Gave me a full briefing when finished. Very courteous and friendly, clean and well mannered

My experience with them was very favorable. Both the service men and the sales person were very knowledgeable, explained everything that was going on first of all with the old furnace and gave me a choice of whether to replace the parts or consider buying a new furnace. They did tell me about the some sales that were going on with the laser furnaces, lower efficiency but those are also being phased out in the state of Washington. And so we thought now it's great to have a very good furnace and can be done with it. Scheduling installation was very good, they also took care of all the permitting and so there was not so much hustle on my side. They are just good contractors.

The technician came on time and got right to work. During the process, he asked about replacing something that might go out in the future. I asked if it was needed right now and he said that it wasn't. We weren't going to continue to live in the home so I didn't want to spend anymore money on it and it was running fine at the time. Most people working on your stuff will always tell you that you need to have stuff done, but I appreciated how the technician was honest with me and just did what was needed. He did a great job and also answered some other questions I had at the time about my furnance. He was patient with me and obviously very knowledgeable.

They are always great. They have always been on time. They show up exactly when they are supposed to. They are friendly. Both men who have done work for me have been nice and knowledgeable.
