Appliance Repair
Abused by the technician. Yanked out the dishwasher and scratched the floor then blamed us. Demanded we pay right away but we wanted the floor fixed. He then took out the part and left!

Appliance Repair
Horrible. They charged me ahead of time for parts (my mistake in agreeing) and then it took months to get them. They installed incorrectly and even left electrical tape and a pair of pliers in my stove. The part blew out and they, after 3 trips and 2 month, told me to just get a new oven. They agreed to refund the amount, but it has been 2 months, several emails and a couple phone calls and no check. The customer service person called me a liar. Another mistake, I wrote the check to the owner of the busIness, so smells like tax evasion. Daniel Valentin was the owner's name. I hired another company (Smith Appliance) and he fixed it in one day.

Appliance Repair
The repair work took about two hours and the repair seemed to fix the issue. The owner, Daniel Valentin, and his assistant showed up only after I had to call a second time, when the appointment made two days earlier was not kept. Mr. Valentin quoted the price to repair the igniters at $625 each. Contrary to his statement to me in a follow-up email, he did not recommend that I seek another quote. I should have done so. The total cost of the repair, before tax, was $1,857. Tax added another $178.13. After the repairs were done, I felt that the price was too high and checked with another repair service, who quoted me the cost to repair at about $700. The cost of the parts on Sears website was $120 each ($360 for three). Mr. Valentin later told me that he was charging $200 each. Even so, that meant that the labor to install each igniter was $425. For two hours of work, the cost of labor was $1,275.When I ask a repair service to come to my home, I expect fair pricing. These rates are purely price gouging because I have a Viking range. I would never use this service again.
