Though the work got done efficiently, I feel that it was quite expensive. I had already diagnosed the issue and gotten the replacement part from Moen via their lifetime warranty. We talked through the issue and despite the solution being clear, I was charged their baseline fee for evaluating and troubleshooting. 5 minutes later it's fixed, the repairman is gone, and I am out $200+. I would understand the expense if the replacement was difficult - but it was a simple, non-technical swap.

I had trenchless main water line replaced. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional team from beginning to end of project. They were very informative and provided a detailed quote including several updates during project. There were some unforeseen items with job, but they still completed projected as quoted. Highly recommended!

Brandon was very professional and did a great job. My sewer line was clogged up and was backing up in my basement. I had another company that snaked out my line and power jetted afterwards about 3 weeks earlier. I assumed my sewer line was broken and would need replacing. Shaw ran a camera through the line and recommended just snaking it out again. Brandon snaked it out 4 to 5 times while running the camera after each time making sure he removed all the roots. I would highly recommend this company and very impressed with their service and the whole experience.

Kaylor was so attentive to my scheduling needs and was so easy and pleasant to work with. Ryan assessed that the drain tub in my laundry area needed to be replaced just as I thought it would. Kaylor was able to schedule both Ryan and Nathan quickly for the removal of the old concrete sink and install of the new sink and plumbing. The guys were very courteous. I am happy to recommend Shaw Plumbing for any of the services they do. I will be using them again when the need arises. In a 1943 house, I'm thinking I wll. Thanks Kaylor, Bryan and Nathan!!

They did really solid work. My water service line needed replacement and went right under our sidewalk and porch into our basement. Another company was cheaper but wanted to destroy part of the porch and sidewalk to do it. Shaw didn't. They made one hole in the middle of the yard. The only thing they dug up was some dead grass and reseeded after the fact. No porch or sidewalk repair. The tree in the front was fine. The flower box a few feet from the hole was unscathed. Their sales guys were easy to work with, and low pressure. It was a few hundred bucks more than the other company, but much less collateral damage and solid work.

Trenchless main sewer repair. I quoted this job with 4 Spokane area plumbing companies. Shaw pricing was not the highest or the lowest cost. I chose Shaw because they assured me that all sprinkler lines removed, and plants removed, from excavation would be restored as part of the job. The other companies were very nonspecific, and wouldnâ t make any commitments. one company (highest price, Mainstream Plumbing), specifically stated that I would need to hire a sprinkler company to reconnect any sprinkler lines that were cut to allow excavation. The people from Shaw plumbing simply â took careâ of any reasonable, normal, variations that are a normal part of any excavation. The crew was friendly, professional, on-time, and careful. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend them, and will call them again for any of my plumbing repairs.

George was a pleasure to work with. He was early for the appointment, worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. I had a bad experience with another plumbing company. Shaw Plumbing made up for the other company. I had a specific day I needed the service done. They even called me back to make sure I didn't want to be helped earlier than my appointment date. I would recommend this company- and George- to everyone.

Ryan was ready and waiting when I arrived at our son's residence, He promptly appraised the project and made recommendations for an inline pipe repair and connection to the outside spicket. Considering he had to work in the crawl space under the house he did not complain and proceeded to fix the leaks and replaced the connections in a timely manner. Very professional and very good at what he does, I wouldn't hesitate to use Shaw Plumbing services again especially if it's Ryan doing the work.

We hired Shaw Plumbing based on customer reviews, and we are very happy with the outcome. Shaw's staff were professional, reliable and courteous, and Sam did a terrific job fixing the broken valve in our shower and installing new hardware.
