We're so glad to find an honest service plumber. The wait time for the job was minimal, John arrived as scheduled, and his work was excellent and clean. We really prefer to have small businesses do our maintenance repairs rather than big companies.

He referred us to the right roto people that could come out and remedy the plug for the flood. He has done many things for us and has always been on time and great to work with. He always refers us to excellent people if he is unable to perform a service.

Only problem was that the new sprinkler system valve did not immediately close fully. We determined there must have been a little debris in the line. The valve did close fully after awhile.

Been having problems with basement drain backing up every now and then. We try to unplug it ourselves and it worked once in awhile. Plugged up again and we called a couple of the rooter companies. That lasted a month or so. We finally got a hold of a plumber who's name I wont mention at this time, I will do a review on them later. This plumber made it worse. Then he gave us an approximate estimate from any where between $2500 to 3500, and maybe more. When I spoke to a neighbor who lives a few houses away, he gave us john's number. We called John and he came by and did a little surveillance of the situation and new immediately what needed to be done. Long story short. He fixed it for approx. $300 dollars.

John was very pleasant and professional. He arrived within an hour of my call. He was just finishing a job in the area. He explained what he was doing. His price was very reasonable. He will be my plumber from now on.

I purchased a faucet, he came back the next day and installed it. At the same time he took time to explain how things were set up under the sink and how to avoid having any further leaks. He also replaced a shut-off valve that was very difficult to turn and also replaced one of the valves for the RO system. Everything he did was after full discussion with me, and he was very careful to make sure things were done correctly.

I appreciated his wanting to help me save money. I also appreciated his very professional demeanor and the quality of his work. I will definitely call him back if I should have need of plumbing help again. He is very knowledgable, and professional. He also comes across as a very nice person.
