[ ] Ethan did a great job. He did more than anticipated. He ended up scraping the entire old roof coating off our mobile home. The previous time it was done, it was not done properly so it didn't adhere to the roof. He checked and tightened all fasteners, primered then sealed them and all seams then put two coats of sealant on. We called other companies and never received a call back until we found First Rate Roofing. Ethan came out right away and gave us a great estimate. We highly recommend Ethan and First Rate Roofing.

Had my roof done twice prior to First Rate. Both were overpriced and sub par. Bottom line, still had a leaky roof. I had just about given up. First Rate came in resurfaced my entire roof, and my roof has not leaked since. Thatâ  s now going on 4yrs.

This company saved us. Are roof was leaking in multiple spots. We were told we needed a new roof but are roof was only 16years old. So we decided to get a second opinion. First rate jumped to it and repaired all are leaks, replaced multiple blown off shingles, cleaned out are gutters, unclogged our downspouts and treated are roof with moss killer. They said we had at least another 10 years left. We havenâ t had a problem since and they now clean are gutters and removed pine needles from our roof every year. We are very happy we found them and highly recommend these guys.
