Description of Work: I called Bulldog for the 2nd time, first time was 5/13/14, they came out the same day. I had them open my sink drain the first time, then needed my tub drain cleaned out. They were quick, professional and very fair with the price. I will use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone in the area!!

Description of Work: Fixed two vacuum toilets which had stopped flushing properly. Steve assessed the situation with the most egregious one and was able to fix with a lower priced cartridge rather than replacing the entire mechanism. He was on time, cleaned up well, explained what he did and was not only professional but a very nice man. Well done!

Description of Work: Steve was an excellent resource for a thorny anode rod problem with my otherwise functional older water heater. I had the magnesium anode rode replaced with an alumnimum anode rod by a different plumber in December of 2011. This worked for awhile, then the sulphur smell returned with a vengance. Steve has alot of experience with water heaters and anode rods. He recommended using an aluminum alloy anode rod and was willing to listen to my doubts about whether or not the aluminium alloy would work given that the regular aluminum anode rod didn't work out too well. The replacement alloy has worked! No more sulphur smell so far. I am really pleased and wish I had called Bulldog the first time around.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our family room below the bathroom. Our shower head wasn't working properly. We feared the worst that we would be tearing a shower out. Steve came and very quickly knew what was wrong and quickly fixed it. He had received a defective part from the parts store so came back the next day to complete the job. He was friendly and on-time. Description of Work: I had a toilet that was leaking and another toilet that ran. I called Bulldog and they came the same day and performed the necessary repairs in a timely fashion. They even followed up with me a few days later to make sure that everything was still working as it should.

Description of Work: Had a new toilet installed. I needed a "higher ADA" standard toilet installed prior to my hip replacement surgery. I called on a Saturday morning, and it was expertly installed by that afternoon, at a reasonable cost! Was very pleased!

Description of Work: The water presser in my shower reduced significantly over time and it got to the point that I wanted something done about it. I work 8-5 M-F, so finding a company to help without me needing to take vacation during the week or pay extra on the weekends was difficult. Bulldog Rooter was perfect as they did not charge any additional night or weekend fees and came on a Saturday morning so I would have the rest of the afternoon for my family. Bulldog Rooter diagnosed the problem and installed a new shower valve with lightning speed, and now I think my water pressure is too good! Choosing a plumber was nerve racking, but it will never be again with this company.
