Alpine Auto Glass

I had a cracked windshield for a month and just hadn't gotten around to calling for a repair. I received a cold call at home from Alpine Glass asking if I needed any auto glass repairs. I usually don't go with cold calls before checking if they are rated well on Angie's list or are a local company, but it seemed convenient and so I went with them. Everything went just great, they scheduled it at my convenience, took care of billing with my car insurance company and were very professional with service.

Installer was late to the appointment at his shop. Had to wait outside since he's a 1 man business. Kept saying that my car had been in an accident before, I know it hasn't because I'm the original owner. Replacement went smoothly.

I opted to support a local business in lieu of the national service provider my insurance company originally directed me to use. I chose Alpine Auto Glass based on the recommendation of a friend. They gave me a 2-hour window the next day for their technician to come to my home for the service. The tech called in advance and arrived as promised. The service was quick, friendly, professional, and exactly what I expected, all performed within my garage. It was clear that the tech knew what he was doing. As it was covered in full by my auto insurance company, there was no out-of-pocket cost for me.

We have since used Alpine to replace two additional windshields and repair a rock chip. They continue to meet or exceed expectations. Highly recommended.
