Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

I spent an entire day from 9:00 until 4:30 waiting for the man to arrive. I called Mainstream 2x during the day to get answers and was put off by it. No one checked in for the repair, and told me it would be several hours. I needed to run errands, but I guess my time was not that valuable for them to help me out, especially since I called twice. He came at 4:30 and I had to wait until the next morning for the repairs. With that said, the men who came to do the work were great and the job was done in less than an hour. However, I will probably not use this company again. It was also very pricey for the work they did.

Not good at returning phone calls in a timely manner. Itâ s been a week and still no return phone call.

Over $400 to replace leaky seal in utility room toilet. Took less than an hour. Seems way too expensive to me. Gave a quote of almost $3000 to replace water softener !! we didn't do it.
