Jose did a very food job

I was very pleased with the work done . Both of the employees that came to fix my clogged kitchen sink were very professional and explained what needed to be done and why. They even let me know what might could happen to my old pipes as they snaked the clog. All ended good. Would for sure call this company again.

Jose is professional and a hard worker. He explained what he needed to do, answering all of my questions. He replaced five old spigots with new frost proof ones. While doing so he found that there was an old broken turn off valve in the crawl space, replaced it and installed two more. He did repairs on two showers, one of which he found had been leaking into the crawl space. He replaced a seal for a toilet. His fee was reasonable and I recommended him to another friend the next day.

Jose gave an in person estimate. On the day the work was scheduled he called when he was running behind on another job. He arrived at the revised time. Jose cleared the lines from the downspouts to the street so that rainwater won't back up and flow over the top of the gutters. He also cleared a bathroom sink that was running showly. He also provided recommendations for some upgrades that should be done. I'll be calling him to complete those jobs in the future. Jose provided a detailed written receipt. Nice work.

We learned we had a possible water leak at our rental home in Yelm when we received our recent water bill. The water department came out to verify we did, in fact, have a water leak and recommended we contact a plumber. Over the years, I have learned to google contractors in our area for reviews and came across the reviews for All About Rooter LLC (http://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.AllAboutRooterLLC.41854016.html). Because of his positive reviews, we hired him to fix the leak in our home. Jose was courteous, prompt and was able to determine the whereabouts of the leak quickly. He called me soon after determining what caused the leak and explained how to proceed. He was able to get the part immediately and returned to take care of our issue. He had a very competitive quote to fix our problem and we would definitely hire him again!

Jose did a last minute job for me and bent over backwards to get the job done within 24 hours of my first phone call contacting him. He worked until 8:30 pm in my kitchen giving me a custom drain pipe solution to a new kitchen sink and garbage disposal, and charged me $50 less than his original estimate. He worked fast and professionally and brought over 14 years of experience to my problem. I will keep his business card and call him anytime I need plumbing help in the future.

Jose called me within minutes of my requesting service through home advisor and said he could come the next morning. He was prompt, courteous, and professional, a joy to work with. When he arrived he gave me an estimate based on his initial assessment of the problem. The price was extremely reasonable compared to MANY other plumbers I have worked with in the past. The clog was so compacted from too much food forced down the garbage disposal that eventually Jose had to go under the house and cut and replace a 7ft pipe. He thoroughly explained the extent of the problem and when he was finished replacing the pipe, he used a special camera that showed us how the water now flowed properly. I will hire him again for any future plumbing issues. I highly recommend him for any plumbing services you may have.

Very professional, I thought the cost was a little high, but I didn't have time to do price comparison.

My pressure regulator valve needed replacment. Jose responded to the request within a couple minutes of posting and had it replaced the next morning. Quick service , very friendly and professional.
