Service tech arrived on time, was informative and clear with what we needed. Did not try to oversell or alarm us to buy more. Throughly explained his product and how he would use it. Answered all our questions and got started. Left us with a one year guarantee and the bill was very reasonable. We will use this service again!

Kevin stays with you until the job is done. When moles still appeared in my yard, he responded quickly, and will so as often as necessary. Can't ask for more than that.

I was surprised at the end of his work that he said there was a 90 day warranty that I could pass on to new homeowners if they chose to involve him in a recheck for rodents. Nice feature. Very pleasant transaction.

Kevin offered a year long contract vs the one time visit, left information about both and there was no hard sell. Just the facts. I have not seen an ant in my home since he visited about 4 days ago.

We had bees in the attic. Kevin was prompt courteous and efficient. He also looked over the house other than just what I had pointed out to him and as a courtesy he cleaned away the remains of an old nest as well as dealing with the active one. This is the kind of help I want to get when I hire assistance.
