Description of Work: Scheduling was difficult because I only needed one medium tree removed and my job was very low priority. They cancelled last minute once because another job took longer than they thought and they showed up suddenly another day because a job they had scheduled got cancelled...but they didn't bring the equipment to remove the stump although I wanted to add that service and for them to come back with the equipment another day, it was going to be more expensive.

Description of Work: I contacted the company last year and spoke to the owner on the phone. He was very nice and very professional during our conversation. After I gave him a verbal description of the tree in my front yard, he asked me if I could take photos of the trunk and email them to him so that he could get an idea of the scope of the job. He informed me that for jobs like mine he usually waits until there are more jobs in my area, and schedules them together. When I did not hear back from him, I assumed that there were not any other jobs in my area. I am going to try to have the tree removed again this summer. I will call other tree removal services on my own.

Description of Work: They cut the selected trees and they removed the old stumps . They also took the wood chips to my son's school for earth day project free of charge.It went really well.I highly recommend these guys. They are simply amazing. :)

Description of Work: There was no contact or response from the provider. Even though we sent e-mails, there was no response at any time. Update: We received 2 phone calls on February 3 threatening legal action if we did not remove the review. Although we sent several emails, he did not want to try and determine what the problem was, only called us liars. After these phone calls, I am very glad he did not respond. I would not want anyone who would make a phone call like this working at my home.

Description of Work: Started with a small project, but had them do a major tree cleanup. Very good work. They did exactly as described. |I would use again and would highly recommend as not all tree guys are as reliable.

Description of Work: Four trees were promptly removed along the fence line without affecting our neighbor's properties. The work was performed the day after on site visit. The hardworking crew arrived promptly and left no trace other than the two cords of wood cut into 16" lengths.

Description of Work: Pruned several trees, several of which were out of control and needed severe pruning. The crew was a pleasure to work with, and they did a very nice job and were meticulous about clean-up. We were very satisfied.

Description of Work: 3 calls to finally get a callback. 2 more calls to set up an appt that were never returned. Asked Angie's list for a refund on the promotion. They were professional, courteous and quick.

Description of Work: They chopped down a medium sized fir that was getting close to my house. With the AL discount I paid only $550. Seems like a fair price to me. With the service they will chip all branches and haul away. I will definitely use their service in the future.

Description of Work: We bought the $199 deal, & we wanted a cedar tree trimmed & to have the lower hanging branches taken down. The guy used a long pole trimmer, did a nice job of cleaning up, but there was no climbing of tree, or a ladder of any sort used. Took very little time to do the trimming, and was charged another $250 above what the "Big Deal" price had been. There was a wood chipper used to clean up, but I just felt like I had spent too much for the work done, & that I could've probably done the work myself. Another tree man came by after (a different company) & told me how the job had been done poorly, with cuts taken at the wrong places & damage done to the tree. I don't know enough about tree trimming to know if he was telling me correct information or not. (Hence the reason we hired "professionals".) The workers were friendly, & as I stated earlier they cleaned up well, I'm just not sure I would use the service again.

Description of Work: The crew of tree trimmers cut back two trees in our front yard. One was a very large linden tree, and the other was a little smaller sweet gum tree. I bought a "big deal" back in January. But due to several major storms, Got Stumps had several damaged situations to take care of in February and March. Ours was not an emergency situation, so we were further down on the priority list. But when they finally scheduled us, the they came on time, and did a fantastic job. They worked efficiently and left our front yard clean of all debris. We are very happy with the trimming results. The trees look great!

Description of Work: We lost some tree branches in a windstorm. We hired them to clean up the fallen branches and survey the tree for other branches likely to come down in a wind. They came and cut the branches that fell, leaving part as firewood and removed the rest. They also cut down a few branches that were dead and removed the debris.

Description of Work: Took down a tree in a challengin area with little to no disturbance of neighbors yard, and trimmed branches from a fir tree near house.
