Frank Ellerbroek at Network Home Loans - Silverdale found me a good mortgage. A business referred him to me. I like his level of integrity, and you get very direct answers to direct questions. He has a very high level of knowledge. Looking at his track record, when you go in to get pre-approved for a mortgage, pre-approvals are not clad in iron. When he refers you for a pre-approval, it is pretty much locked in. He knows what he is doing and he knows which lenders to go to. He knows what type of loan would be best for you. I rang him up and said I wanted to increase the amount of my pre-approval, and he said "You just hang on to the phone and I'll tell you." That is great responsiveness!
Description of Work: Frank Ellerbroek at Network Home Loans - Silverdale is my mortgage broker. He is paid out of the closing costs of the house and I don't know what his portion is.
