EAGLE HOME MORTGAGE

I met Amber Page of Eagle Home Mortgage when she conducted a 1st time home buyers' class I attended. She told us to make sure we shopped around, not just for Realtors but for all aspects of home buying, to find the best price and comfort level. She also told us about several down payment assistance programs that were available. I went to a bank, a credit union, and Eagle. The bank and credit union people knew almost nothing about the down payment program I was interested in and, in fact, one of these organizations tried to "suggest" to me that since it took so much extra time and paperwork I should just try to borrow money from a friend or family member. Price wise Eagle was right in the middle of the three estimates but I decided to work with Amber because I trusted her knowledge. It is a decision I will never regret. I was (and still am) amazed at how far out of her way she went to make a scary situation easy. She would follow-up with me every couple of weeks to see how I was doing and how the house hunting was going. When I finally found my place she had the paperwork started immediately. If I had a question or concern (even if it didn't have anything to do with the paperwork) she had an answer. Usually within 10 minutes. She made me feel like I was her most important customer. She was also there when I signed the final documents - even though she already had plans with her family that day! I simply cannot say enough about Amber. I recommend Amber Page and Eagle Home Mortgage to anybody who will listen!

I would have to tell you that Eagle has been really good to us. We have always been happy with the level of care we get. They are very nice over there to talk with if you have any questions. Everything is always on time and very clear and to the point. I would highly recommend them to others.

MOST OF MY EXPERIENCE WAS ENJOYABLE UNTIL THEY SENT ME TO THE TITLE COMPANY AND THEN IT SEEMED LIKE EVERYONE WAS DROPPING THE BALL AND KEPT TRYING TO PASS THE BUCK TO SOMEONE ELSE. RATHER ANNOYING.
