They were prompt in initial response, responded with a quick schedule time, and arrived / performed the work on time. The install seems good to go, but the caulk job around the base seemed rushed and not aesthetically pleasing (considering this is the final step of a full bathroom remodel). That is the factor dropping from 5 to 4 star rating.

About Plumbing was great. I will definitely use them again. The other company I had called was way more expensive and I don't think could outdo the work done by Sam. The only think he didn't do was send me information about recirculating pumps but that didn't have anything to do with the work he did.

Sam was great, very helpful, and knowledgeable. I thought there was a leak under the house. It turned out it was condensation. I had an additional repair that I ended up fixing myself thanks to tips from Sam. About Plumbing was prompt, professional, and they didn't charge for the visit. Highly recommend.

Darren and Sam were great. They showed up at our house and gave an estimate to replace our water heater . The two other plumbers I called gave an estimate over the phone. Friendly, fast workers. I would highly recommend them.

They were great. First meeting was to assess the repair needed, and offer options on running the new water line. On the day of the job, they transplanted an 8 foot evergreen shrub to make room for the new waterline. I would highly recommend them.

About Plumbing replaced our rusty, spewing water heater within hours of my panicked e-mail to Home Advisor. The company owner, Darren, and his assistant, Sam, certainly know the plumbing business and made me confident that their charges for the labor and installation of high quality products was very fair. As a female senior citizen, I often feared that I was 'being taken' by the individuals that completed home repairs here in the past (and too often, I was right). I am so thankful that Home Advisor connected me to 'About Plumbing' as this was a most pleasant 'repair event' and I will certainly contact this company for all future home plumbing needs.
