Great experience.  We would recommend ZIP Realty and Linda Summers to future buyers and sellers.  My husband has visions of buying a lot and building in the future.  We will definitely call ZIP (and Linda) to list and sell our current home, if the time ever comes.

The amount we spent with them was dependent on the closing fees.  They are online and primarily a real estate broker company.  They provided us with online search tools, free and the less searches.  They also provided us with an actual realtor when purchasing a house.  We found them online.  We chose them based on the reviews of the people that had used them and we liked the flexibility of the company.  They are a phenomenal company.  We really enjoyed working with them.

I have known her for about seventeen years.  Our daughters grew up in school together.  I've been working with her for about two years now.  She is phenomenal.  I have seen her clients who were trying to sell their houses and didn't have a lot of money.  I have seen Emily go in and paint inside their houses with them and tell them that they needed to trim up their front lawns and so forth.  If we want a real estate agent who would roll up her sleeves to help us she would do it.  She is amazing.  I would absolutely continue to use her.
