“1. Very responsive! Showed up the next day to provide an estimate. When I called to request the work be done, they showed up again the next day. They did an excellent job color-matching the stain. They were prompt and cleaned up well before departing. For this part I would give them an A! 2. I consider them to be expensive. For what was essentially a 3-hour job to ‘touch-up’ cabinets with stain, we were charged effectively $250 per hour – for painting/staining service! That’s more than what most plumbers or electricians charge. For this part I would give them a B (or worse). The current average hourly rate in Seattle for a painter is less than $21 per hour. ([*** Link removed ***] ) 3. The results of the work completed was average, or some areas inferior (see attached photos). For this part I would give them another B, at best.” Wow 1 provided a quote to me for a much larger job. However, after the results of this initial work, I can't envision hiring them again -- for anything (much less recommend them to anyone else).

Steve's team was able to work us in before the rainy season to seal a large new cedar fence, and was very responsive in making sure everything was done within a very tight period of time. Steve was very professional and attentive.

Using this provider was simple and easy.  They were professional and provided all services.  I was very pleased with my interactions.  They stained my fences and they looked beautiful afterward.  I would highly recommend them.

This firm was punctual and responsive in its dealings and communications with me save for the first day of the job when they were 45 minutes late. The quality of work was poor overall with obvious streaks and patches of some surfaces missing paint completely. In other cases it was clear there was no surface prep, sanding or caulking - for example, there were dried drips all over and pooling of paint in between uncaulked millwork gaps. The manager/ owner Deanna was very professional. She took my complaints seriously, came to view the job promptly and agreed that that the workmanship was defective. The painters returned on two separate days to correct the problems but the final results were still substandard. (I have pictures to prove it). They were pleasant to deal with however and the price was good. It was clear that they are committed to good customer service, and were willing to return again and again to fix the problems had I wanted them to. I wasn't willing to put in the time to have them return again and again however - like most people, I wanted a professional job done right the first time.

The whole service was excellent, from the estimate to the end of the job.  Very professional.  Deanna helped us tremendously with help picking out our colors and she suggested having the soffits a totally different color than the house and the trim.  We were skeptical at first, but it turned out amazing!! We've gotten so many compliments on our house. The crew of painters showed up on time and worked so hard.  Rob and his crew were outstanding.  They even fixed the roof on my shed.   I will use them again. I highly recommend this company.

I used this company before to paint the interior of my home. Since they did such a great job, I hired them to do the Exterior.  I didn't waste my time on getting other bids because I knew what type of service to expect.  They showed up with a crew of 5, on time and ready to work.  It was amazing to see how quickly they had my house masked off and ready to paint.  When I returned home from work, the house was done. It looked brand new.  They even swept my driveway! I can't say enough about this company and their services.  Always professional and always awesome work!  Thank you!!

First I was impressed by having a female, General Manager come out for my estimate. Deanna was fantastic!  After I showed her what I wanted done, she gave me great advice on colors and accent wall ideas.  I felt like I had my own Interior Designer. The estimate was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I was so excited to have it done after she left. Then a crew of 7 professional men arrived in the morning, on time I might add.  The Foreman walked me through each room verifying what I wanted done.  I left for work and came back that afternoon to a beautifully painted home!!  It was spotless. They got the whole house done in a day!!  I will definitely be hiring them to do my exterior when the weather gets nicer.  I highly recommend them.

They did fantastic. After she came out for an estimate, I was sent the bid that day.  They weren't the lowest, but I could tell they had more professionalism and they said they could do it in a day. I had to try them out.  There was a crew of 5 that showed up on time, all uniformed dressed.  The Foreman walked me around the house and discussed what was going to happen.  They painted the whole house in a day and they did an awesome job!! They cleaned up afterwards. They even vacuumed all of my floors. I would highly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed by every contact with Wow-1-day-Painting. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they we're fast, efficient, and so easy to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
