Pete Richmond is knowledgeable about the housing market. He knew what had to be done to put the house on the market and just as important what did not have to be done. He had all the resources to get the work done. Painters, contractors, etc. He got 2 or 3 bids for each project and it was my decision which bid to take. He knew the pluses and minuses for each bid.
Pete was great to work with. He was easy going and patient. Answered all my questions. He was always upbeat and positive, He was always reachable.
Both houses had multiple offers and sold within days of going on the market for over the asking price. The success was because of Pete Richmond.
